We Start on Monday 27th of July
1. Upload Your Starting Picture and Video on the Starting Form
On Friday the 24th at 18:00 CET you will receive an email with the form to enter the competition. You then have the whole weekend to upload your starting pictures and video.
Below is an example of how to take the pictures.
Make sure to also hold a paper with the date on.

2. Join The Dr.Glutes/Trybe App
Once you upload them, you have to subscribe to the Dr.Glutes/Trybe app from the 27th of July (start) and for the duration of the competition, which ends on the 19th of October.

3. Take the Quiz In the App To the Program Closest to Your Level
The quiz will take you to a Peach Era Program that will help you compete for the win.

4. Update the Form Each 4 Weeks
Every 4 weeks you will get a form just like the first one to update on your progress with the same pictures and videos where you hold a paper.

5. Submit your Final Pictures Before the 19th of October
Send in your final before and after picture and video to be eligible for the competition at the end of the 12 weeks.
