Terms and conditions of the 12-Week Peach Era Competition

This competition the 12-Week Peach Era Competition (the “Competition”) is organised by Dr. Glutes BV, having its registered office at A.C Swinnesstraat 31, 2940 Stabroek, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1016.239.603 (the “Organiser” or “Dr. Glutes”). These competition rules are available on the website [link].

These rules govern the Competition. By participating in the Competition the participant agrees to these rules and to be bound by all decisions taken by Dr. Glutes in connection with the Competition. Failure by a participant to comply with these rules shall automatically result in the absolute nullity of such participant's entry, without any right to compensation. Participation in the Competition is only possible in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Who can join:

·Women only.
The Competition is open to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the start date of the Competition and who participate personally.
The goal of this competition is glute transformation.

2. How to join: Participants can join by subscribing to the Dr.Glutes/Trybe app. Upon registration, participants must provide their name, e-mail address, starting pictures, and video. By completing the registration form on the landing page, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these rules by ticking the designated checkbox.

3. How to qualify for the challenge:

You must maintain an active subscription to the Dr.GLutes / Trybe App for the entire duration of the Competition (twelve (12) consecutive weeks). Any subscription plan (monthly, six-monthly or annual) is accepted, provided it remains active and uninterrupted throughout the full duration of the Competition.
- If your subscription lapses or is cancelled at any point during the 12 weeks, you do not comply with the conditions of the Competition and you will be disqualified from the Competition.
This is an 12-week challenge, running from the 27th of July 2026 to the 19th of October 2026, with mandatory check-ins at week 4, week 8 and week 12.
You must take these pictures at the start and then every 4 weeks until the end of the Competition taking into account the following instructions:
- Hold a paper with the date written on the paper. Hold that paper in the picture. No paper = disqualified.
- Set the camera at glute height, and the camera at 2–3 meters away.
- Stand in front of a light-colored wall or even surface.
- Face a window for natural light, so the light comes from behind the camera.
- Wear light-colored (black takes the detail away) fitted gym wear, bikini, or an outfit you feel comfortable in that clearly shows your shape.
- Use the same outfit and lighting every time.
- Please upload at least three clear photos with every submission:
  - Front
  - Side
  - Back (neutral, not flexed)
You can add as many poses you feel comfortable in as you want.
You also have to upload a video on the entry, update, and final form of you turning around to make sure there is no tampering or editing.
Repeat this every 4 weeks until the end of the Competition.

4. Rules for photo submissions:

Your photos must be clear and not edited or altered in any way.
Dr.Glutes may ask for more proof or details to verify your submission is valid.
By submitting your photos, you acknowledge that Dr. Glutes will process such photos for the purpose of evaluating entries and determining the winners of the Competition. Any further use of your photos beyond the Competition (including, without limitation, use for marketing, promotional or commercial purposes on social media, the app, e-mail or other channels) shall only occur with your prior explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. How winners are chosen:

The Competition requires active physical effort from each participant, consisting of consistently following the training program provided through the app over the entire duration of the Competition. Winners are selected solely on the basis of the quality and degree of their physical transformation, as assessed by a jury composed of Simon Dingemans (Dr. Glutes) andZeta (Dr. Glutes dietitian).
The jury evaluates each participant's entry on the basis of the following criteria: visible physical transformation of the glutes, consistency and comparability of the submitted photographs across the check-in periods, and overall progress achieved relative to the duration of the Competition. The jury's assessment is based exclusively on the individual merit and effort demonstrated by each participant.
This is a skill and merit-based contest that requires sustained physical effort and dedication from each participant. Winners determined exclusively on the basis of their individual performance and are not selected by chance or random draw.

6. Prizes: Participants who have complied with all conditions of the Competition are eligible to win the following prizes: (i) 1st place: €5,000, (ii) 2nd place: €3,000, (iii) 3rd place: €2,000.

Submissions must be made via the designated submission form on the landing page within seven (7) days of the end date of the Competition.
Winners will be selected and announced by Dr. Glutes. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or social media within fourteen (14) days of the submission deadline. Prize payment will be processed within seven (7) days of winner confirmation. Winners may, at their sole discretion, provide their Instagram account handle on the final submission form to allow Dr. Glutes to tag them in winner announcements. Providing such information is entirely optional. Where a winner chooses to provide their Instagram account handle, such personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of tagging the winner in public announcements and based on the winner's explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Prizes are personal to the winner and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Dr. Glutes reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

7. Your effort: Results achieved through participation in the Competition depend entirely on the individual participant’s adherence to the program, level of effort, baseline fitness and other personal factors. 8. What you cannot do: Submissions without a clearly visible paper with the date on, or using fake, edited, or otherwise altered photos or videos, will result in immediate disqualification. Participants who make use of software, automated tools or any other techniques to manipulate their submissions or the outcome of the Competition, or who otherwise engage in fraudulent or dishonest conduct, shall be automatically disqualified and excluded from the Competition by Dr. Glutes, without prior notice and without any right to compensation. Dr. Glutes reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate against any participant who engages in fraud or attempted fraud.

9. Health and safety: Participants are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional prior to commencing the program. Dr.Glutes is not responsible for injuries or health issues during the Competition. Each participant acknowledges that they participate in the Competition at their own risk and have sole responsibility.

10. Competition changes: Dr. Glutes reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability, including but not limited to in the event of force majeure, technical failures, fraud or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dr. Glutes. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, participants shall have no right to any refund, compensation, damages or indemnity of any kind.

11. Final decision: All decisions of Dr. Glutes regarding the selection of winners, the assessment of submissions and the disqualification of participants shall be final and binding.

12. Agreement: By entering the Competition, the participant acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these rules in their entirety.

13. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Glutes shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Competition, the acceptance or use of any prize, or any technical failures, interruptions or malfunctions of the internet, the app, the website or any other platform used

in connection with the Competition. Participants acknowledge that they participate in the Competition entirely at their own risk.

14. Privacy and data protection: Dr. Glutes processes personal data of participants in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation). Personal data collected in connection with the Competition (including name, e-mail address, photographs, videos) will be processed for the purposes of organising and administering the Competition, determining the winners and, where applicable, delivering the prizes. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of the contractual relationship arising from participation in the Competition and, where applicable, the participant's explicit consent.

Personal data will be retained for a maximum period of twelve (12) months following the end of the Competition, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability, by contacting Dr. Glutes at info@drglutes.com. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian data protection authority (“Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit”), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be. 15. Governing law and jurisdiction: These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Competition or these rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
