Dr.Glutes BV processes personal data that you provide directly when using our services or signing up for communications. This includes:
· First name and last name, Instagram account handle, telephone number.
· Confirmation that you have read and accepted our disclaimer regarding the free programs.
· Email address for a waiting list for a new product or offer.
· Email address for newsletters, updates, and special offers (only for those who explicitly opt-in).
· Form videos for educational, entertaining and marketing purposes (only for those who explicitly opt-in). These will be deleted after use or after 30 days if the videos were not used.
· Photos submitted as part of participation in a competition.
Data of minors:

Where you have separately and voluntarily opted in to receive the Glute Tea newsletter, we process your data for that purpose based on your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a). and to deliver our services, products or content that you explicitly requested, including participation in competitions organized and the delivery of prizes.
· Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For video submissions,optional marketing updates, the use of photos for marketing or promotional purposes and the processing of your Instagram account handle in competitions with your explicit consent
· Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): To improve website functionality and user experience.
· Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To comply with applicable legal obligations, including Belgian accounting and tax legislation.

· Legal and Tax Obligations: Some data may be retained longer to comply with Belgian accounting and tax laws. As a result of legal bookkeeping obligations, Dr.Glutes BV may retain accounting and tax documents for up to ten (10) years after the taxable period to which they relate.
